Our master planning document includes a month-by-month task list, the running order, your guest list, and other useful tabs including bridal party info and the hair and make-up schedule

Once we begin fortnightly/weekly calls, all meeting agendas will be set here, and notes and actions tracked

We want to get to know you! Please fill this in and we will discuss it with you in our initial creative call

We call this your 'LL Homework'. This document contains everything you will need to think about through the planning process

This folder contains all essential information and documents related to your main wedding suppliers (catering, venue, HMU, photo & video, and entertainment)

Here you'll find the latest version of your Creative Proposal, as well as space for any visual refs you've found you'd like us to see

Your printed materials folder contains the copy docs and final designs for Save the Dates, invites and on-the day materials

Your ceremony folder will contain your Order of Service (ie the content of your ceremony), readings, and the reserved seating plan

Closer to the date, you'll find schedules here for the bride and groom, family, MC and bridal party

Once we have all RSVPs, we'll set everything up in our seating software Perfect Table Planner and you'll find the files here
